St. Agnes CYO Basketball Sign-ups 2011-2012 season

Sign up in person on Sunday August 28th from 12:00pm to 2:00pm in Cauchi Hall.
The program is open to all Boys and Girls in Grades 2-8 who live within the St. Agnes Church parish boundaries or attend St. Agnes School. St. Agnes Parish boundaries are approximately Bailey Road to 6th Street and Willow Pass Rd. to Lime Ridge. The cost of the program is $150.00 per player. After August 31st, the cost will be $160.00. No player will be refused because of financial difficulties. All new players must provide a copy of their birth certificate and all players must provide proof of residency (copy of PG&E bill, phone bill, etc.)
COACHES ARE NEEDED!!!! Please help by volunteering to coach a team this year!!
