About Sister Marie
I am a Sister of St. Joseph of Carondelet. I have been teaching for many years in a variety of grades and geographic areas. I am enjoying being a part of the community at St. Agnes School and am blessed to be
included in the education of the Second Grade class. This year is such
a special one for the children as they prepare for and take two more
steps on their sacramental journey.
In my spare time, I enjoy baking, hiking and camping. My greatest
pleasure is to be in the beauty of nature. My favorite place to be is at the ocean.
Our Instructional Assistant brings a wealth of experience to our class. She has a gentle and loving manner. Her efficiency and organizational skills help the class run smoothly. She is an excellent resource and help to teacher and students alike.
Mission For The Class
My hope for the class is that the children will feel safe and happy in their classroom environment. I believe they will be open to learning if they feel comfortable, accepted, and able to make mistakes and learn from them.
As a partner with parents, it is a wonderful grace and privilege to help
prepare the children for the reception of First Reconciliation and First
Communion.
