Science Policies
Text:
The science text is accessible online. Each student receives instruction for login access. Please logon at www.pearsonsuccessnet.com.
Materials:
All students are required to have a spiral notebook with each day’s notes dated. This notebook will be collected at the end of each chapter and graded for proper format and content.
Labs:
Labs will be conducted during class. Due to the nature of most labs they cannot be made up when a student is absent. Proper behavior is expected or the student will be excused from this activity and given a zero. Lab write-ups will follow each experiment and will be graded for accuracy, proper format and correct grammar.

Projects:
There will be both group and individual projects throughout the year.
Participation and attendance at the Science Fair is mandatory.
