Family Handbook
St. Agnes has compiled a family handbook to assist you in understanding the rules and procedures at our school, and we host it on our website for easy reference. Please refer to it as a reminder when you have questions regarding absences, grading, dress codes, and many other procedures at our school.
If you feel that some additional subject would be helpful to include for parents, please let the office staff know.

This school directory has been provided for the sole use of students and parents currently enrolled at St. Agnes School. The purpose is to facilitate the building of school and parish community. It is never to be used for commercial or business purposes of any kind. Please do not give it or loan it to anyone for such purposes. Thank you for you cooperation.

Parent Teacher Conferences
It’s time to sign up for your Parent Teacher Conference, October 7th and 8th, 1:00-8:00 p.m.
Few steps to follow:
- Click on the signup genius link http://www.signupgenius.com/tabs/23677D902A3CBEDC53-2627teacher1
- Enter the Access Code
- For multiple students and multiple teachers – Click on each teacher’s tab (each teacher has their own) to schedule your conference
- Select the date and time for your conference
Conferences are in 15 minute slots. If you have more that one child please make sure you allow yourself time to move between teachers.
Remember to be considerate of others, if you are late to your conference or go over your allotted 15 minutes, it affects both the teacher and the next parent. So please be on time and give yourself time in between your conferences.

Parent Volunteers
Anyone who volunteers on campus or who attends field trips must be fingerprinted and complete the online VIRTUS training (proof of completion must be submitted to office with $15 processing fee) before being cleared. Fingerprinting can take weeks to process, so please plan accordingly. Fingerprinting is typically offered on campus the first day of school, but you can have it done any other time by picking up a copy of the Life Scan form from the school office and taking it to a certified scan location (PostalAnnex, UPS, etc.). There is a fee for fingerprint processing.
