Welcome to 3rd grade!

Hello, all! I am Mrs. Warren, and I am thrilled to be a part of the St. Agnes family- again! I attended St. Agnes as a child with my two brothers, graduating 8th grade in 2008. I then went on to Carondelet High School and St. Mary’s college, wrapping up education completely in Catholic school, before returning to Cal State East bay for another master’s and credential.

Prior to accepting the honor of teaching 3rd grade here at St. Agnes, I taught for 8 years in Pittsburg Unified School District, spending 5 years in 4th grade, then 3 years teaching Autism-specific special education. My husband and I were married just this past June, and, with starting that new chapter in life, it felt right to return to my roots at St. Agnes.

In my free time, I love reading, crafting, weight lifting, and spending time with family and friends. I look forward to this new year and getting to reacquaint myself with the amazing St. Agnes community.

Hello! I’m Mrs. Hernandez, and I’m thrilled to begin my first year as a teacher’s assistant at St. Agnes School. While this is my first year at St. Agnes, my journey in education began years ago, working with children on the autism spectrum at Otis Elementary in Alameda-a role that sparked my deep passion for helping kids learn and grow.

Originally from sunny Southern California, I moved to the Bay Area in 2008 and earned my degree from San Francisco State University.

Outside the classroom, I work as a Realtor helping families find their perfect place to call home. I also love spending time with my family, staying active through running and yoga, and baking up something delicious. I’m so excited to be part of the St. Agnes community and can’t wait for the year ahead!
